These are cooperation projects with funding the services of the IMSB.

The Institute of Medical Statistics and Bioinformatics (IMSB) is committed to good scientific practice. Please note therefore:

  • "Quick consultations" in the sense of an emergency outpatient clinic - in particular consultations requested by telephone or at short notice by e-mail - are not provided within this framework (exception: the Omics Ambulance).
    Sound information without precise knowledge of the experimental design and data structure is not possible.
  • The correct documentation and accuracy of the data sets supplied to us is an essential prerequisite for a valid analysis. We therefore do not process inadequately documented or incorrect data sets. For reasons of IT security, we do not accept zip files.

Procedure

  1. Registration via the online form "IMSB cooperation request" (see section 1. Registration below)
  2. Check your documents for completeness
  3. Assignment of a contact person according to the capacity of the IMSB
  4. Consultation
  5. Evaluation and data responsibility
  6. Completion of the work
  7. Links to course offers
